This Returns and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which buyers can cancel orders and return products purchased through the Global4Trade B2B marketplace. These policies are designed to balance buyer protection with seller rights in business-to-business transactions.

Important Note: B2B transactions have different return policies compared to consumer purchases due to bulk quantities, custom specifications, and business use cases.

2. BuyLead Cancellation

2.1 Buyer-Initiated Cancellation

Buyers can cancel buyleads under the following conditions:

  • Before Production: Full cancellation allowed if buylead hasn't entered production phase
  • During Production: Partial refund (70-90%) depending on materials purchased
  • After Shipment: Cancellation not permitted, subject to return policy
  • Custom BuyLeads: No cancellation once production has begun

3. Product Returns

3.1 Eligible Return Reasons

  • Quality Defects: Manufacturing defects, material flaws, or workmanship issues
  • Shipping Damage: Products damaged during transit (requires carrier documentation)
  • Quantity Mismatch: Incorrect quantity or missing items from bulk buylead
  • Specification Deviation: Product doesn't meet agreed technical specifications

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products manufactured to buyer specifications
  • Perishable goods with expired shelf life
  • Products that have been used, modified, or installed
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Chemicals and hazardous materials
  • Personal protective equipment (hygiene reasons)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

4. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

Submit return request within 30 days of delivery with buylead details, reason for return, and supporting evidence.

Step 2: Seller Response

Seller must respond within 48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Product

Buyer ships product back using agreed shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Step 4: Quality Inspection

Seller inspects returned product within 5 business days of receipt.

Step 5: Resolution

Refund or replacement is processed based on inspection results.

5. Return Shipping and Costs

5.1 Shipping Responsibilities

  • Buyer Responsibility: Return shipping costs for buyer-initiated returns
  • Seller Responsibility: Return shipping for seller errors or defective products
  • Shared Responsibility: Split costs for mutual agreement cancellations

5.2 Shipping Requirements

Returned products must be shipped with:

  • Original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  • Full insurance coverage for product value

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage during return shipping transfers to seller once buyer provides proof of shipment with tracking.

6. Refund Processing
