5.1 Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Posting false, inaccurate, or misleading content
• Intellectual property infringement or counterfeiting
• Selling prohibited or illegal products/services
• Manipulating platform features or ratings
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Circumventing platform fees or payment systems
• Collection of other users' data without consent
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

5.2 Business Verification

Users must:

• Provide legitimate business documentation when requested
• Maintain current and accurate business information
• Respond to verification requests promptly
• Not create multiple accounts for the same business entity

6. Seller-Specific Terms

6.1 Listing Requirements

Sellers must ensure all product listings include:

• Accurate product descriptions and specifications
• Clear, authentic product images
• Honest pricing and minimum buylead quantities
• Realistic delivery timeframes
• Valid business licenses and certifications
• Transparent return and warranty policies

6.2 BuyLead Fulfillment

Sellers must:

• Honor all confirmed buyleads within agreed terms
• Maintain product quality as described
• Ship products within promised timeframes
• Provide tracking information when available
• Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
• Resolve disputes professionally and promptly

6.3 Fees and Payments

Sellers agree to:

• Pay all applicable platform fees and commissions
• Maintain accurate payment information
• Accept platform payment protection terms
• Comply with withholding tax requirements

7. Buyer-Specific Terms

7.1 Purchase Obligations

Buyers must:

• Only submit serious purchase inquiries
• Honor confirmed purchase orders
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Provide accurate shipping and delivery information
• Inspect deliveries promptly and report issues

7.2 Payment Terms

Buyers agree to:

• Use legitimate payment methods
• Pay all applicable taxes, duties, and fees
• Comply with international trade regulations
• Accept platform escrow terms when applicable

8. Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they post but grant Global4Trade a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

8.2 Platform Content

All Platform content, including logos, trademarks, software, and design elements, are the property of Global4Trade or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We use third-party payment processors. By using our services, you agree to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or delays caused by third-party providers.

9.3 Tax Obligations

Users are responsible for all applicable taxes related to their transactions. Global4Trade may collect and remit taxes as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Platform Mediation

Global4Trade offers dispute resolution services to help resolve conflicts between Users. Our decisions are based on:

• Terms of the original transaction agreement
• Evidence provided by both parties
• Platform policies and industry standards
• Applicable laws and regulations

10.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Termination and Account Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

Users may terminate their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Termination does not relieve Users of obligations to complete pending transactions or pay outstanding fees.

11.2 Termination by Global4Trade

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Receiving multiple complaints from other Users
• Any reason that threatens platform integrity

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Security and freedom from viruses or malware
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL4TRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from User transactions or disputes
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by User to Global4Trade in the preceding 12 months
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to User accounts

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global4Trade and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you post or transmit
• Your transactions with other Users

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify Users of material changes via email or platform notifications.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16.2 Assignment

Users may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
